Paul in Ephesians 1 is coming against a lack mindset in the Church by teaching believers all we have in Christ. He then prays that what he's sharing would become revelation to us, so that we may know "His calling" and "His inheritance" in us. God desires to live His life through you. We get to radiate His glory. A lack of revelation of this has led to a spirit of passivity in the Church. This is changing. People are being awakened to the life of the risen King Jesus fully alive in us. It's the ultimate love gift.
