Jesus being born closed one era and ushered in a new era/reality. The Old Covenant that ended at the coming of Jesus represented separation between God and man due to sin. It also represented the dominion of darkness. It represented the bondage of all humanity to sin and death. Jesus came to offer us a new reality. One of freedom. A new era where we're no longer under the domain of darkness, but live as Sons and Daughters in the Kingdom with access to everything our Father has. It's time we embrace the fullness of the reality Jesus made available to us.
