God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His goodness, love, power, and will never change. Many in the Church know this to be true, yet they lack understanding of the better reality we have in the New Covenant. He's the same God in the OT, but the reality we get to walk in has changed. We cannot walk in the fullness of what we've been given if we have a "gap mindset".
